Quick MeloScore currently has no fields for registering a name, email address, or phone number. As a rule, MIDI, lyrics, and scores are processed on the user’s device, and the operator does not store scores on a server. Continuing your work later relies solely on the JSON file you download.
Displaying the site involves network communication, and our hosting provider may record access logs (such as IP address, access date and time, and browser information). These are used to provide the service, prevent misuse, and respond to outages. We do not use login cookies. We may show ads or affiliate links, and ad providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure them. The information they collect and their purposes are governed by each provider’s own policy. If you contact us, we keep your contact details and message in order to reply and keep a record. At the time of this release, we do not offer any feature that sends audio to outside parties.
In the future (if we introduce a paid service)
We are considering offering a paid monthly service in the future. When plans are firm, we will announce them on screen and in this policy before they take effect. In that case, we may collect information needed to identify members, such as an email address, for registration. As a rule, payment information will be handled by a payment provider, and our policy is not to store card numbers on our own servers. If we entrust data to a provider outside Japan, we will state that and the purpose before it starts. If we begin sending data to outside services, for example for audio analysis, we will state the recipient, the purpose, and whether the data is transferred outside Japan, both on screen before sending and in a revision of this policy.
General
We do not use collected information for purposes other than those stated. Except as required by law, we do not provide it to third parties without the person’s consent. We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill its purpose, or for the period required by law. Requests to disclose, correct, or delete information are accepted at the contact details listed. When we revise this policy, we will update the revision date and also announce important changes in the service.
